All Engine are sold on a exchange basis. While there is no core deposit required, all qualified cores must be returned. By purchasing our product, you agree to have the appropriate, rebuildable core ready to be shipped back within 15 days after the purchase date. After 30 days, your warranty will be VOIDED if you do NOT return a rebuildable core within this timeframe. Warranty Information

3 years 36,000 miles parts only. Cylinderheadstore.­­com warranty is that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions. Warranty from the date of purchase. within the warranty period once we determine that the cylinder head is defective. All products must be returned to Cylinderheadstore.com to be inspected under the warranty. No warranty determination can be made until the part is returned to and inspected.

Limitations:

This warranty does not apply to any of the following: 

Damage caused by improper installation, overheating, abuse or neglect. It is the installers responsibility to check all parts for correctness prior to installation. Any installed part either ordered incorrectly by the customer or ship incorrectly by Cylinderheadstore.com is not covered under the warranty. 

Damage due to overheating, pre-ignition or detonation. Any damage that occurs due to improper installation. Any product used for competitive racing or performance enhancements. Any product used for commercial, industrial or marine applications. Fluids, towing, rentals or diagnosis charges. Repairs made without our authorization will void the warranty.

 

Remanufacturing Process Includes:

(Cylinder Head)

1) Head is thoroughly cleaned and inspected (Hot Tank & Sand Blasting)

2) Pressure tested to ensure no cracks or leaks

3) Guide work performed / replaced with new guides as necessary

4) PCD milled to ensure a super smooth finish

5) All parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before assembly

6) Head is assembled with new valve seals

7) New freeze plugs

8) Head does not come with cam seal

 

(Engine Block)

1) Clean and Magnaflux

2) Bore and Hone Block

3) Grind Camshaft

4) Resize Rods and Install on Pistons

5) Install Cam Bearing (If Applicable)

6) Reassemble Engine
